Following a long career in the insurance industry, beginning as a multi-line claims adjuster in 1975 in Rutland, Vermont and proceeding through progressive management positions responsible for litigation management in several states, Attorney Ouellette began the firm in 1992. Shortly after its inception, he added Attorneys Gallagher and Deganis as partners. The firm has experienced steady growth and is now a six-lawyer firm serving its clients, both corporate and personal, throughout the State of Connecticut.

Attorney Ouellette was born and raised in Vermont and is a graduate of Castleton State College in Castleton, Vermont. He received his law degree from Western New England College of Law in Springfield, Mass. He is an avid skier and a less than accomplished, but nevertheless enthusiastic, golfer. His professional interests are in the area of civil litigation, mediation and insurance coverage. He is an experienced trial attorney and frequently is requested to provide training sessions for the insurance industry in the areas of policy interpretation and negotiation.
